Director of Prevention

A former Y2Y teen herself, Cheryl has led youth prevention efforts for nearly two decades, combining her passion with experience as a former teacher. She’s most energized by watching teens grow into confident, capable leaders. Outside of Y2Y, she’s a Disney enthusiast, audiobook addict, and mom to her daughter Parker.

Team Lead

Chad has been part of Youth to Youth since 1986, holding just about every role imaginable—giving him a deep perspective on where we've been and where we're going. He brings decades of leadership, coaching, and community connection to the team. When he’s not leading prevention efforts, Chad is a BBQ pit boss, lacrosse coach, scuba diver, and proud dad of three.

Prevention Specialist

Aloni brings honesty, humor, and hype to the Y2Y team. She’s a vibrant role model who supports youth in turning big ideas into real change—all while staying transparent and true to herself. Outside of work, you’ll find her hitting the gym, hanging with her dog, or pulling a harmless prank.

Prevention Assistant

Aliyah became involved with Youth to Youth during her senior year of high school. That year she attended her first Youth to Youth Conference. That experience sparked her passion for Y2Y, and she’s been actively involved ever since. Aliyah is now a sophomore at Columbus State Community College, where she’s studying Respiratory Care. Fun fact: when she was younger, Aaliyah loved collecting rocks! This week, you’ll find her helping bring all the fun events to life..

Prevention Specialist

A former Y2Y teen turned staff member, Hannah brings curiosity and creativity to her work with youth. She thrives on helping teens find their voice and grow in leadership, all while being her authentic self. A coffee-lover and true crime fan, Hannah hopes to one day open her own café.
