Y2Y International Conference Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Payment

The conference participant rate is $550 for non-Ohio participants. For Ohio participants, thanks to funding from OhioMHAS, the conference rate is reduced to $50. This fee includes programming, food, overnight accommodations, basic linens, and a 2025 conference t-shirt. At the end of the registration form, you may choose to pay now or pay later:

  • The Pay Now option will allow payment to be made while completing the registration form via credit card, Apply Pay, Google Pay or Cash App.

  • The Pay Later option will provide the registrant with a field to enter billing information and an invoice will be sent for the conference fee. The invoice can be paid by check or a link will be available to pay via credit card, Apply Pay, Google Pay or Cash App. If a group/organization is paying for all or some of their participants, the Pay Later option will allow for a single invoice to be sent for multiple participants. Invoices will be sent once all of the groups attendees have registered.

Payment or Purchase Orders confirming payment, must be received by June 13, 2025.

Cancellations

Cancellation are processed through the completion of the Cancellation Form. To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be received by June 20, 2025. If payment has already been made, a refund will be issued minus a $35 processing fee. Refunds will be provided to the payee in the same form payment was received. Please allow up to 14 business days following your cancellation for the refund to hit your account. If the group is able to fill that participant’s spot with another participant, and the payee is the same, then the payment may be transferred and the fee will be waived. The participant registration form must be completed by the replacement participant.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

No-shows (does not attend nor provides notice of cancellation) or cancellations received after June 20, 2025 are non-refundable. If the group is able to fill that participant’s spot with another participant, the participant fee can be transferred to that replacement participant. The replacement participant must still complete the participant registration form.
