Join us December 5-7 at Kalahari Resorts for the 2025 Youth Leadership Training!
We are excited to invite youth leaders and their adult advisors to the OYLC 2025 Youth Leadership Training where your team will learn how to develop and lead impactful projects within your schools and communities. This training is designed to help participants create meaningful initiatives that address key issues such as mental health, substance use prevention, vaping, suicide prevention, bullying and more!
This weekend will be an excellent opportunity for youth and their adult advisors to expand their leadership skills and create real change.
Hands-on trainings to equip youth with the skills to design effective prevention initiatives.
Inspiring keynote speakers and workshop presenters
Collaborative sessions where youth leaders and advisors will work together to create actionable plans.
Engaging activities that inspire confidence and foster leadership.
And of course…. FUN! Attendance will include waterpark passes for all 3 days!

Due to limited space and the popularity of this training, groups interested in attending must complete the Application Form. The Ohio Youth-Led Collective Leadership Team will review applications and select the groups to attend this year’s training.
Each group may apply for up to 4 rooms. The rooms each contain 2 queen sized beds, sleeping up to 4 if students share beds.
Students of opposite gender identities may not share a room and adults may not share rooms with students.
Once you have identified the adult advisor(s) and high school leaders from your group that you would like to attend, complete the application.
After the applications have been reviewed, you will be contacted by a member of our team to confirm your group has been selected. If your group is selected, you will need to complete the Group Attendee Form providing names and dietary restrictions of your group’s participants.
Please note that each group must have at least one attending adult advisor who will be responsible for their teens for the entirety of the training.
