Meet the Staff
There are dozens of people who have worked endless hours throughout the year on our full-time Youth to Youth staff as well as throughout this summer and week on our conference staff. This conference would not be possible without all of them! If you see any admin, Adult, or Youth staff around campus, make sure you say hi.

What to Expect
Training & Information:
Over the four days of conference, you'll receive training & information on how to make positive changes in your school and in your community. Through presentations and workshops, you will build upon your knowledge of issues that young people face (such as mental health, drug prevention, and social justice). Take it all in and use it! You become the means of change by taking what you have learned and putting it into actions.
Youth Action Group:
Another important part of your week will be participating in your Youth Action Group. Your Youth Action Group will consist of peers from your home-community. Here you all will determine a concern within your community you would like to address. Then you will begin to brainstorm and develop an action plan that your group can use when you return home. We want every teen to leave as a confident leader with a real plan to create positive change!
Family Groups:
Family groups are a key part of your conference experience. A family group is a safe place to discuss sensitive issues, reflect on your conference experiences, and get to know other conference participants on a deeper level. It is one of many chances you will have to let loose and have a great time. Use this time to absorb new ideas, share some old ones, and make new friends. Your family group can leave you with some of your best conference memories!
Speakers:
You will also have the opportunity to hear from inspiring speakers who are passionate about creating positive change. Through engaging presentations and powerful personal stories, our speakers will challenge you to think differently, discover your potential, and explore new ways to make an impact in your school and community. Click here to learn more about this year’s speakers!
Fun Events:
Throughout your time at conference you will have THE BEST drug-free fun. There is nothing like joining your peers to celebrate living a drug-free life. So get ready to have the time of your life each night.
Night 1 - County Fair - Got your tickets ready? It’s time for the Y2Y County Fair right here on campus! There will be free rides, face painting, carnival games, fair food, and more to enjoy on your first night of Conference. It’ll feel like the summer county fair you know and love!
Night 2 - Half Time - Are you a basketball, volleyball, pickleball, or 9-Square fan? Then you’ll love our Half Time event! Even if sports aren’t really your thing, you can spend your Half Time watching the show in the karaoke room or relaxing at our DIY stations (tie-dye, keychains, etc.) Make sure to bring athletic clothing, tennis shoes, a change of clothes and towel in case you get wet, and clothes for tie-dyeing if you choose!
Night 3- Rodeo - Giddy up and put your boots on! This year’s dance is rodeo-themed, but don’t worry—we won’t play country music all night. Come dressed in your best denim, flannels, vests, and cowboy hats to dance along to all the line dances and other top hits of the past couple years. Can’t wait to see y’all at this hoedown!
